- Independent and impartial advice
- Roadside recovery of your vehicle and transportation to the nearest approved body shop. All body shops are independently audited to ensure they meet strict criteria governing the quality of their work and that all work to the vehicle is guaranteed
- A lift home for the driver
- Arrange and manage the repair of the vehicle either through your insurer or directly with the body shop
If the situation is non-fault we are able to offer the following services:
- Co-ordinate the payment of the insurance excess on your behalf and recoup the cost from the 3rd Party insurer
- Arrange for the 3rd Party insurer to pay for the repairs to your vehicle, preventing a claim against your own insurance and protecting your no claims bonus
- Submit your vehicle to the appropriate licensing authority upon completion of repairs for re-licensing and confirmation that the vehicle is fit to return to work
- Arrange for a suitable, council regulation compliant replacement vehicle whilst yours is off the road
- Help with any personal injury claims that may arise from the accident, you will receive 100% of the award damages there are no hidden charges
- Help in the recovery of any loss of earnings.
